All tours can be booked on request, and some tours have guaranteed daily departures.
Can I book a private and tailor-made tour/itinerary?
Yes! Send us a request, and we will do our best to provide the adventure you seek. This option could be more expensive than the scheduled tours.
Feel free to send us an inquiry for a customized RIB Charter as well.
How do I get from the cruise pier to your location?
You can simply walk from the cruise pier to our base/stand in Skjolden. Follow the road along the fjord for 800 metres (towards the town centre), and you will pass by our stand on your way – it is hard to miss on your way.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation 7 days before gives a 100% refund of the package/tour cost, or no invoice.
Cancellation 6-3 days before gives a 50% refund of the package/tour cost.
On rare occasions with strong wind and pouring rainfall, we cancel the tour with a full refund to the customer.
Are your RIB adventures / fjordsafari safe?
We focus on the nature experience during our RIB boat adventures. We always prioritize that all passengers feel comfortable and safe during the RIB Adventures. All passengers must wear a warm flotation suit and life jacket during the tours, and hats, googles and mittens are optional. We have never had any people falling in the water, and we only use local RIB guides that have all the necessary certificates.
Our cruising speed is 30-36 knots, and the inner parts of the Sognefjord is sheltered from high waves that are found in the open sea.
What type of company are you?
